1. About Us
TrySimplify is a trading name of TrySimplify Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website trysimplify.io and the services we provide.
2. Service Description
We provide a done-for-you professional website design service. For a one-time payment of EUR 1,000, we design and deliver a custom website within 7 days of project acceptance. The service includes custom design (up to 5 pages), mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, one round of revisions, and hosting configuration assistance.
3. Ordering and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe in EUR (Euros). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price of EUR 1,000. Payment is required in full before work begins. You will receive a confirmation email and an intake form to provide your business details.
4. Delivery and Timeline
We aim to deliver the first draft of your website within 7 days of project acceptance (after we receive and review your completed intake form). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by incomplete or late information from you do not constitute a breach of these terms.
5. Revisions
The service includes one round of revisions. A revision round covers reasonable changes to colors, text, images, and layout within the original scope. Requests for additional pages, new functionality, or a complete redesign are outside the included revision and may incur additional charges.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the final website after your revision round, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original payment date. Refunds are not available after the website has been published or deployed to your domain with your approval. To request a refund, contact us at hello@trysimplify.io.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery, you own the final website design and all custom content created for your project. We retain the right to use anonymized screenshots of the work in our portfolio. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information via the intake form, responding to communications in a timely manner, ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide (logos, text, images), and maintaining your own domain name and hosting after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrySimplify Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (EUR 1,000). We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic, sales, or search engine rankings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
