2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data: your name, email address, phone number, and business details (provided via the intake form after purchase); payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers); and website usage data (collected via Google Analytics if you consent to cookies).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to deliver the website design service you purchased, communicate with you about your project, process your payment securely via Stripe, analyze website traffic to improve our service (only with your cookie consent), and comply with legal obligations.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases: Contract — to deliver the service you purchased; Legitimate Interest — to improve our website and service; Consent — for cookies and analytics (you can withdraw consent at any time); and Legal Obligation — to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the website to function (e.g., language preference). We also use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand how visitors use our site — these are only activated after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser data and revisiting the site.
6. Third-Party Data Processors
We share your data with the following third-party processors, each with their own privacy policies: Stripe (payment processing — processes your card details securely; see stripe.com/privacy); Google Analytics (website analytics — anonymized usage data, only with your consent; see policies.google.com/privacy); Notion (project management — your intake form data is stored in our Notion workspace; see notion.so/privacy); and Vercel (website hosting — serves the website; see vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to deliver our service and comply with legal obligations. Intake form data is retained for 2 years after project completion. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the right to: Access — request a copy of your personal data; Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data; Erasure — request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten); Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format; Restriction — request limited processing of your data; Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest; and Withdraw Consent — withdraw cookie consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@trysimplify.io. We will respond within 30 days.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA by our third-party processors (Stripe, Google, Vercel, Notion). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions as required by GDPR.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on our project management tools.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website.
